From managing complex refits and Lloyd’s surveys to racing and captaining high-performance yachts, Thomas ensures every project is engineered for true reliability & not just compliance.

He has led major refits at STP Palma overseeing everything from system upgrades to Class certifications. Fluent in English, German, and Spanish, and deeply rooted in Palma’s marine network, Thomas delivers seamless project execution with a sailor’s instinct and an engineer’s rigor.
